Only parents and their teens can access the driving information gathered through the Safety Beacon.  Individual driver information is not available to Safeco and will not be used to calculate individual rates.  However, in most states, Teensurance subscribers who also insure their automobiles with Safeco receive a 15-percent discount off their young driver's rate.  The discount is 10 percent in Pennsylvania.  The discount is not available in New Hampshire or Kansas.
